2. Estimates & Scheduling
All estimates are provided based on the information available at the time of evaluation.
Estimates may be revised if project scope changes or unforeseen conditions are discovered.
Scheduling is subject to weather, material availability, and crew availability.
3. Communication Consent (SMS & Calls)
By providing your phone number and submitting a form, requesting an estimate, or contacting us directly, you consent to receive calls and text messages from Prospect Painting Company for purposes including:

4. Acceptable Use

Clients must provide reasonable notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Late cancellations may result in fees if crews or materials have already been allocated.
7. Warranty & Limitations
Any workmanship warranty will be outlined in your written agreement. Warranty does not cover:
Normal wear and tear
Damage caused by moisture, structural issues, or third-party work
Customer-supplied materials unless agreed in writing
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Prospect Painting Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, website, or communications.
9. Third-Party Services
We may use third-party platforms (CRM, scheduling, SMS, email tools) to operate our business. We are not responsible for service interruptions caused by third-party providers.
